Part quality does not meet my specifications, what can I do?

All our parts are manufactured in accordance with our Manufacturing Standards. If the quality of your parts does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to let us know by raising an issue with our Order fulfilment team. 

You can raise a dispute by clicking on the "Raise an issue" button within 5 working days of receiving your parts. Once received, our Order fulfilment team will work on resolving your dispute as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.
