Part quality does not meet my specifications, what can I do?

If we fail to meet our standards, please let us know by clicking on the “raise an issue” link on the order page within 5 days of receiving your order. Once we have received your complaint, our Customer Success team will review the specifics of your case and will work on resolving your issue as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.

Please note that orders are considered accepted 5 business days after delivery. The “raise an issue” link will be deactivated after this window has passed.
